PROPER MAINTENANCE OF SYNTHETIC TURFS

Polytan synthetic turf systems are designed to retain their full functionality, even after many years of intensive use. Even the toughest turf needs to deal with the impact of weather, dirt, dust and flower pollen or leaves over the long term.

Routine visual inspections and the immediate removal of surface dirt are among the duties of any groundsman. In addition to this, the surface should also be cleaned thoroughly on a regular basis. To support you in this task, we offer training and special cleaning equipment, or in fact will just perform the cleaning for you – with trained specialists, who can also quickly and expertly perform repairs when needed.

ROUTINE CARE

We recommend the Polytan ACS maintenance unit for routine care. This equipment can be used to both quickly and easily brush the blades of the synthetic turf, and – if necessary – to evenly distribute and relax the fill material in the same process. This will enable you to enjoy optimum play properties from your Polytan synthetic turf in the long term.

REPAIRS

Our Polytan service representatives perform expert repairs, such as replacing worn-out penalty spots, repainting lines or preparing stress zones.

NON-ROUTINE CARE

We offer a variety of wet and dry cleaning services performed by our qualified experts for an intensive deep clean. This should be performed once a year by an RAL-certified company such as Polytan GmbH.

REMOVING OLD SYSTEMS / RECYCLING

We will also remove all systems for you – quickly and expertly: the old systems are removed in sections, broken up into their components, and then sorted and further processed, recycled or made use of.
