The elasticizing layer with the ecological advantage of a recycled product
Polytan PolyBase GT / -ET, the next step towards the perfect elastic (base) layer: Polytan's latest Green Technology development combines the known advantages of in-situ produced elasticizing layers with the ecological benefits of a recycled product and a revolutionary new technology for utilizing carbon dioxide. cardyon® is the product of the German polymer manufacturer Covestro, which is one of the first companies worldwide to succeed in using CO2 as a raw material for the production of plastics, thus conserving fossil resources such as crude oil. In Polytan's PolyBase GT / -ET, cardyon®, which consists of up to 20% natural carbon dioxide, is used for the permanently elastic bonding of the rubber granulates. The use of post-consumer recycling material (ELT) further contributes to an improved ecological balance.

Polytan SMART for synthetic turf allows precise performance diagnostics for football, hockey, and rugby players or other turf sports. The system enables the exact measurement and analysis of all essential parameters, including agility tests. This is made possible by the interplay of three components: magnetic timing gates integrated into or placed on the turf, waist belts with body sensors, and analysis software accessible via PC or app.
