PolyBase GTR is made entirely from the old material of the elastic predecessor layer, which was manufactured from SBR rubber granulate of recycled car tires, thus creating a third life cycle for existing resources. The removal of the old layer, regranulation, and bagging take place directly on site thanks to the mobile system, saving additional delivery and transport routes. Through the variable adjustment of sports-specific properties and force reduction values, PolyBase GTR can be perfectly adapted to the respective application, as in the original system. After reinstallation, it again meets the requirements of FIFA, FIH, World Rugby, and comparable sports associations. PolyBase GTR also complies with the demanding test properties according to DIN 18035-7, for example in terms of force reduction and tensile strength.
