Polytan installed an 8,400 sqm indoor football pitch (LigaTurf RS Pro II 40 mm EPDM) at the facility for England team training and exclusive hire in 2018. Set in a single, secure location across 330 acres of Staffordshire countryside, the £105 million complex boasts a range of outstanding training pitches, state-of-the-art sport science and performance facilities, a four star Hilton hotel as well as an outdoor team building complex.
