The PolyPlay brand stands for safe play on a secure surface. PolyPlay products are available in a variety of colors, offering not only safe protection during movement and sports but also creative design options.
When it comes to PolyPlay, play really is the focus. Our water-permeable, all-round surface can be found wherever the fun is: at playgrounds, kindergartens, parkour and calisthenics facilities, mini playing fields, all-weather pitches, and at schools and recreational venues. The applications for PolyPlay synthetic surfaces are endless. The fall-protection surface has a long track record, having first been installed (as Polytan S) in 1969 on a multifunctional field at a school in Munich.
The newly developed Cushion+ base layer uses significantly fewer raw materials than comparable fall-protection layers with similar properties. A high bulk density makes the reduced material usage possible. A fibrous material form is used, which is highly elastic even at low installation heights, yet still offers excellent fall-protection properties. Our sustainable Green Technology binder is used for both layers of the PolyPlay FSE GT (top and base layer).

Depending on the sport and desired playing characteristics, artificial turf systems can be equipped with different typesof infill. We offer systems filled with quartz sand; sand and elastic infill granules; or sand and cork/ other natural materials. The infill ensures an authentic playing experience, grip and traction for quick tempo and directional changes, clean ball-rolling behaviour, and high player protection.
