Corn Cob is a natural raw material made from corn cobs and is suitable as infill for artificial turf sports pitches thanks to its excellent cushioning properties and high energy return.
The material meets the requirements of national and international regulations (including F.I.G.C./L.N.D. and FIFA) and offers outstanding water permeability. Corn Cob also helps to reduce surface temperatures in summer and allows unrestricted use of the pitch – without any disposal costs.
Corn Cob combines natural performance with functional quality: the organic infill enhances playing comfort, keeps the fibres upright and contributes to a more natural playing feel – without any synthetic additives or microplastics.

Artificial Turf Infills
Depending on the sport and desired playing characteristics, artificial turf systems can be equipped with different typesof infill. We offer systems filled with quartz sand; sand and elastic infill granules; or sand and cork/ other natural materials. The infill ensures an authentic playing experience, grip and traction for quick tempo and directional changes, clean ball-rolling behaviour, and high player protection.

Polytan SMART for synthetic turf allows precise performance diagnostics for football, hockey, and rugby players or other turf sports. The system enables the exact measurement and analysis of all essential parameters, including agility tests. This is made possible by the interplay of three components: magnetic timing gates integrated into or placed on the turf, waist belts with body sensors, and analysis software accessible via PC or app.
