Hand in hand with TSG Hoffenheim's meteoric rise from the Kreisliga A to the Bundesliga came the development of club facilities and training grounds. Since 2009, Polytan artificial turf has ensured optimal training conditions in the sports hall next to the Dietmar Hopp Stadium, in the youth development and training center, as well as in the Footbonaut. For the Footbonaut – a 14x14-meter artificial turf field designed for intensive individual training – the extremely durable, textured Polytan LigaGrass football turf was chosen. In the sports hall, due to different requirements, Polytan LigaTurf R CoolPlus was installed – the fiber's raw material formula protects against wear and ensures stability. All other Polytan artificial turf systems installed in Hoffenheim were also precisely tailored to their respective requirements.
