When the world's best athletes gather this summer to compete in a contest of nations, Polytan will also take part. Just as in London and Beijing, the turf for the hockey competitions in Rio is also supplied by Polytan. The new synthetic turf system Poligras Platinum CoolPlus in blue and green colors is being installed. This very same hockey field has been available to the British national hockey teams at the Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre since last October. A highlight is the field's color combination: the blue playing field is bordered by light green. With an increased stitch density and a special texturing technology, the Poligras Platinum CoolPlus enables even more precise gameplay.
